Cough vigorously three times, remove the cap, take the tip of the Lolly One into the Mouth, gently stroke the pad 10 times in a circular motion the inside of your cheek and tongue. Keep the Lolly One in your mouth for about two minutes with a lot of saliva. Cover the rectangular hole with your lips and blow vigorously several times into the test cassette until the liquid rises. Place the cap on the tester and place it on a clean surface. Wait until you can read the test result on the C and T line.
